What's the 22" one chambered in?

A longer barrel generally means more velocity, which means it will be a bit flatter shooting, but it's not really going to be any more accurate than a comparable shorter barrel.

The only way to determine which is the most accurate is to shoot both then work with the one that produces tighter groups with various bullet weights.

Having a longer barrel doesn't inherently mean its more accurate. It means more velocity from the same amount of powder (but 2" won't make a huge difference).

Try some different loads in each rifle and see which one shoots more accurately. Then pick which ever stock is sturdier and then make sure the action/barrel that shot best gets the sturdiest stock.

One other factor may be if you find the 24" barrel to be too front heavy. You might find the 22" barrel easier to shoot because it balances better. This is one consideration for accuracy.
