Remington 700 Barrel Threads?

What is the barrel threads on a Remington 700 short action? I have a Mauser 98 with a bull barrel 22-250.I need the Mauser action for another project,but would like to use the barrel on my 700 adl.

It depends how big a dia, your bull bbl. is - it would have to be 1.200 at least for the Rem. and the shank would need to be 1.100X12 for the Mauser. If it's Turkish it would be 1.200 with a 980X12 thd. You would also have to recut the chamber.

So barrel on remington =1.2 / barrel on mauser=1.1 Barrel not usable then.Cutting shorter is out - barrel straigth tapered from 1.106 to 975.
Is there anyway to get a Mauser to feed 22-250 without having to fast feed it? Shells leave mauser box to soon if loading slow.Works if working bolt fast.Also,does the same if using detachable magazine for short action ammo. Single shot conversion? Does this remove feed problems.
