Yes.
It shoots pretty decent. I picked up a case of 200 of it when I first got my M1A. Why? I was young and didn't know any better (I hadn't started reloading is the actual answer). If I recall correctly, it shoots pretty decent out of my Rem 700 VS. It shot just over 1 MOA at 100 yards for a 3 shot group. I wouldn't take that as the be all end all opinion though. I am curious actually and might go shoot the last of it next time I go out to see the results again.
