Remington 17 fireball

I have a question for you guys. I am watching 17 fireballs on gunbroker and I see that Remington 700 SPS fireballs are selling for 750-850. Now Remington 700 CDL and 700 VSSF II and 700 VSF are selling for 1400.

is there a reason there is such a price difference?
 
i bought a 17 fireball in the model 7 with walnut stock, but have not got around to shooting it. ammo seems scarce here but as i have a rem classic in 22 fireball and loading supplies(i have not fired it yet) when i get dies i will try making cases for the 17 out of the 221 cases. eastbank.
