Please post info and pix regarding the Remington 1100 shotguns. :)

I'm doing a bit of 'consolidating' and wanted to get a wood & blue gas-operated autoloading shotgun.
After going through a few days of checking things out, I went from the Remington Premier Super Magnum to the regular Premier to the 1100...:D

This is the nice, fast & light shotgun I've decided to get:

If one does nothing but PM to an 1100, things start breaking about the 35K rounds mark.

With O rings, springs and buffer replacement, they last a very long time. Some have chalked up close to 1 M rounds.

HTH....

That is the exact gun that I bought for Mom to give the Dad last Christmas. It is a really sweet 1100 with Briley extended chokes and real purdy wood.
Very cool.

Nothing like a little positive feedback to make my choice sound like a good one!
It'll be a while before the deal goes down, but all this homework will pay off.
Thanks!:D

You won't be disappointed in the 1100, I have a 20, 28, and .410 in 1100's as well as an 11-87 in 12ga. I wouldn't sell any of them either, but I do believe the Beretta 391's are a bit better shotguns.
