Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in
Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black Muslim from
Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas.
Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii.



When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to
Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia.
When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia. Obama attended a
Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school.



Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick
to point out that, "He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic
school."



Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama's
introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary
at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce,
and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. Lolo
Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his
stepson to Islam. Osama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism
is the radical teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now
waging Jihad against the western world.



Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking major public
office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church
of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background.



Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential candidacy.
 
I live near chicago and I have been following his political career since his beginnings in the Illinois House. And you are right he is dangerous. He has buddied up to several African leaders, that are anti-American.
 
I hate Barak because I have met him and he is a narcissistic, empty shell of a human being, not because he may or may not be Muslim...

You should find a better reason to hate him, there are plenty. Pick up a copy of one of the many books he has written about himself at your local library and you will find many valid reasons to dislike the man.
 
Michibilly, I am not implying anything about Obama having ties to terrorism. But do you seriously think he would be a good Presidential candidate given his background?
 
So long as Mr. Obama understands that there is separation of church and state. I see no problem with him as a representative. However if he insists on Sharia laws being incorporated into our system of governing , he needs to be tossed out on his head. This is our country. No matter who comes they must represent the whole not just parts of the culture we are creating.

I suppose we see the Muslims in general as potential terrorists today.

Some time back a country steeped in Christianity for thousands of years came to a conclusion about Jews and what was needed to solve "Die Judenfrage." Will we come to the same conclusion about the Muslim problem one day? We like to think of political parties being responsible for bad actions. They are a reflection of who we are. Without the will of the people, no government can have power over the people. To what extent are the people willing to go to solve a particular problem? History can show many times were the people went just a bit too far.

This fight we have with Islamic radicals can be a war without end. What will the solution be? Religion has been the cause of many terrible events in history. Will we repeat those mistakes?

Yes, we should keep an eye out for infiltrators. Vigilance is forever, if one seeks to be free.

I found Divined Will Christian George Bush more dangerous. He brought this

verified!!!
Now, a half black white man with muslim early background, try to rise and
improve himself Ala American way is dangerous! Come on. What's wrong
with a Muslin having a Christian conversion? Bush had a conversion
from a drinking Episcopalian to a Born Again Guy!

Not at all. If this is the truth on Obama`s background, I most definately would not want him as President. Would you?
 
I am afriad the color of his parents, where he was born, his religion, etc are irrelevant to me as to whether I would want his as president.

I would look at his public record, how he voted, what he supported and what he opposed, etc.
 
Look at his record and his associations. He is a part of the corrupt Chicago political machine of Mayor Daley and friends. He is a hard left wing, pro union, pro gun control and pro big government liberal. The media is having a love fest with him, and won't bring up his clear and unequivocal leftist background when we was a State Senator in Illinois, and continued as a U.S. Senator. They are trying to make him into the new JFK. I fear him as much as I fear Hilary Rotten Clinton. I had not been aware if he is, in fact, a Muslim. If this is true, somewhere it will get out into the public realm and when combined with the fact that he is a heavy smoker, he will be finished.Those of us who support our gun rights may well end up with a choice between a Democrat (any Democrat) who will seek increased gun control, and a Republican who may not support concealed carry or other rights near and dear to us, but who will at least not push for more gun control laws. I'm not a fan of Mitt Romney or John McCain, but they sure look good compared to Barack or Hilary.
 
This thread concerns religion more than anything else, and as such does not fit in with the mission of TFL.
