Rem 700 Light Tactical

Has anyone actually laid hands on a Remington 700 Light Tactical? Comments? Impressions? I was thinking about having a rifle built similar to this, but if Remington is going to mass produce it, who am I to complain? This should make a nice SNOUT Rifle (sniper/scout). Just out of curiosity, how would you scope this little beast to get the most out of it without turning it into an unwieldy boat anchor?

If it's the 20" barrel Model 700 with the three wide flutes, I've shot it. It's fast handling compared to a 26" gun and ideal for the police countersniper (since most police rifle shooting is at 75 yards). Remington has taken that rifle and in the hands of their best shot, has managed to get sub-moa at 600 yards.
