Remington 11-48 in .410
Ser # 4117xxx
Barrel stamped: "IMP. CYL"
This 11-48 does not have (what I'd call) barrel recoil buffer rings.
Our Browning A-5 in 12g has these rings and are installed differently for heavy or light loads.
Since the Rem 11-48 seems to have similar design of the Browning - would you say my rings are missing - or they are not required in the .410???
Don't want a safety problem.
TIA
