reloading the 11-87

any suggestions for a sporting clays load (12ga) for this semi-auto that will cycle the action 100%, yet be of minimal recoil? Torn rotator cuff 2x. Don't wish to make it a 3rd.
 
Each gun is a bit different, so what works with one may not work with another. My 11-87 will run 1oz reloads with moderate fps(1150-1200) with complete success, others won't and have to go with 1 1/8oz at 1200fps to be reliable. I use Clays on my reloads per the Hodgdon web page www.hodgdon.com give or take with different components.

I am currently using the International powder (20.6 grains) with a 1 oz load @ 1250 in my 1187. I just switched over from Red Dot. 100 rounds today without a FTF. It is paramount that you keep the magazine tube surface clean to insure reliability.
I clean mine every hundred.
