Reloading RIO hulls with Federal primers?

I didnt want to try to steal the thread on the 410 primers backing out, but I am wondering about using federal primers in RIO or Fiochi fired hulls. In the 410 thread the size of various primers was listed and it showed .004 in between the Remington and the Rio primers. The only primers I could find locally are Federal 209A and Federal hulls seem to be out of stock (20 gauge) everywhere that I look. I can find RIOs or Fiochi hulls, but I am concerned about the federal primers possibly backing out from being 2 or 3 thousands too small. I am going to start loading 20 gauge and later do 12 and 410. Am I worrying too much or is it a real issue? Grant.

Am I worrying too much or is it a real issue?
I first noticed the problem when a near brand-new/unused shotgun jammed out of battery/went "click" (thank God).
In examining/manipulating the now opened (and then jammed open -- "oh chit/already broken") action, some small
part fell out onto the ground (double chit)

Small part = primer

Then I noticed all the ejected shells on the ground had primer either backed out, or totally gone.

I'd say it's a real issue.
