Reloading issue

I've been reloading for my AR 15 for a year now with no issue. Today I decided to load up some 68 gr. Bthp using 25.8 gr. Of CFE 223 powder in lake city brass wth CCI 400 primers at a coal of 2.25. during my test run I had failure to eject issues. Bolt would cycle to the rear but empty case would be caught by the bolt on the return to the chamber causing it to be stuck halfway out the ejection port new round would also only be halfway into the chamber and the empty was on top of it. I did notice that the primers looked a little flat.

Do you guys think this is due to overpressure in the round or a problem with the ejector.

Cleaned the guy up this evening and was going to cut way back on powder to see if that was the issue, but thought I would get your opinions

Almost sounds like an undercharged case or a dirty/clogged gas tube. I may overdo it sometimes when cleaning my gas guns but I spray non chlorinated brake cleaner through the gas tube after the initial cleaning.

That's max or better.
I'll bet you're overcycling and bouncing the bolt back early.

For now/quick-check, reduce a grain and see what happens
