Reloading Die Reamers/Dimensions

How do the dimensions that reloading dies are cut to compare to the dimensions chamber reamers are cut to.

Can you use a chamber reamer to make reloading dies? It seems that the reloading dies would need to be undersized to work...

Does anyone know where I might find some dimensions for reloading dies?

I have a CNC lathe to play with, and was thinking about turning out some wildcat dies and a chamber reamer if I could find enough info.

Also, how about info on headspace gauges and dimensions...

I've thought about this long and hard.
Die reamers seemingly must be a few thousandths smaller since there is some "spring-back" in the case after sizing. I don't know how much! We would need to talk to die makers to get the dimensions! I've talked to the head people at Douglass bbls. and they don't know!
I'm sure someone would tell us but I don't know who.

I think I would call Dave Manson @ Manson Precision Reamers [810-953-0732]. He makes chamber reamers. Somebody there should be able to answer your question.
