i have a springfield m1a 7.62x51, but the reloading die is for a 308 win.. will there be a problem with this?

7.62x51 (aka 7.62 NATO) and 308Win are for all intents & purposes the same cartridge.
The high priests might quibble about this`n that at the 3σ level, but it's identical for the
average reloader.

Using any number of medium burning powders (4895, 4064, etc), load 150 grainers to
2,700-2,750fps and/or 175s to 2,550-ish or so and enjoy. * **

* Lower velocities are also options. My M1A really likes 168SMKs at 2,500-2,600. ;)

** Avoid maxing the cartridge out w/ really heavy bullets/really slow-burning powders like
4350 to keep from stressing the OpRod over time.

Same round.....same dies.
You do need to be careful with your brass, however. Military surplus brass often has a thicker web, for MG extraction, and a slightly reduced case capacity. A hot loading that might work well in a commercial "308" case could overload a military "7.62" case. Other than that, it's one cartridge with two names.
