Release date for CZ 1911A1?

I've been searching, but can't seem to find a release date for the CZ 1911A1. It's been 6 months since it's introduction yet there's no news on when it's going to start shipping to dealers. Anyone have some info?
 
I mean it's in their 2015 catalog and we're already half way through the year. I own several 1911s from different manufactures, but this is the only one that's caught my interest in some time.

Dan Wesson is going to be making the CZ branded 1911s and I understand they froze all new custom work on 1911s awhile back. I didn't see a reason given. Maybe trying to get the CZ on the market?

have no interest in yet another GI replica with the crappy sights.

A lot of the fixed sight 1911s unfairly get branded as having "crappy GI sights." Most don't. There's a big difference in the true GI sights (tiny) and those like the Springfield Milspec.
