Parting with money (for me) is hard.
What is even worse is, I generally don't part with money unless I give it a good 6 months+ of research, that applies to anything I buy over $200, let alone something this $$$!!!
But because the M1A is one of the few items I've actually yet to hear an unsatisfied customer from, I figure I will just have to suck it up, and buy one.
No regrets right? So while I've shot quite a few M1A's before, I haven't shot MINE, and so while I seriously doubt I'll regret it, I have to say, until I rack it and pull the trigger, there will always be an ounce of uncertainty. Of course when I've often heard that shooting sub MOA with iron sights does something to relieve anxiety...
I saw a poster once, with a guy with his M1A, and I think the caption said something like "The only thing standing between you and tyranny.." I loved the poster! This was a LONG time ago, so in my mind, I've always associated an M1A with "Tyranny Prevention". Which I'm sure it does very well..
