REgistered sear + new manufacture receiver. Legal?

Just as the title says, is it legal to put a registered sear into a new manufacture receiver? The reciever doesn't have to be pre-86 too, does it?

The sear is the machinegun, the rest of the gun is just parts. No restrictions on what parts can be used with the sear as long as it isn't married to a certain receiver.

Besides the sear being stand alone or divorced from a receiver, it must also be for the same class of weapon.

You can't take your sear and modify it to be used in a different class of gun.

Let's just pretend you have an AR-15 with a divorced sear...and that same sear with some modification would fit into say....and FN...you would not be able to make that modification as the FN is a different classs weapon...
A sear for an AR can work across platform from an AR15, to Bushie to a RRA etc...but you can't take it out of the class/family of weapon and fit it to something entirely different.
