Redhawk vs N Frame Smith

Those of you who own both, will a 4-5/8" bbl'd Redhawk .41 Mag fit in an "N" Frame S&W holster (he measured from the front of the frame as opposed to the cylinder face I think).

I'm building a Redhawk holster for a friend but have never made one in that size before. I do have extensive experience with N frame Smiths, however with the necessary patterns for the big frame Smith. Just trying to get an idea if I will have to change my pattern due to frame size. Thanks in advance. Rod

You might be able to stuff one in a sloppy fitting N-frame holster but generally the answer would be no. The Redhawk is a larger gun (frame) than the N-frame Smith & Wesson.
