Redhawk Replacement Sights

I have the stock white outline rear/red ramp front sights. Don't like em'...I find the stock sights are difficult for quick target acquisition. I much prefer a finer (smaller) sight combination. Has anyone tried Ruger's Gold Bead front, Rear deep V Sight? Opinions?

Thanks.

For speed you wouldn't want a deep V sight. You would want a shallow v or even a flat surface with a white index mark facing your eye.

i love the gold bead and v notch rouger sights.you can split hairs with them.the factory sights cover up most of the target.all i had to do to get my gun to shoot was change the sights.

Mine show up well in the daylight. In IN we are allowed to shoot deer a half hour before sunrise. That is when the big boys are still moving. They should be a big help then.
