Redfield ESD Question

I have a Redfield ESD scope on a S&W .44 magnum, after sighting in the weapon, the red dot has disappeared in the ESD scope. Battery checks great, and I turned the power on several times and cycled through the different brightness settings.

Any hint on how to fix this or is the scope ruined? Thanks, Pete

Will do, Redfield was bought by Leupold and they don't service the older scopes. Leupold does however, offer a 30% discount on a new scope with trade-in. Thx
