red dot scope

Would like some help on a good red dot scope !! I will be using it for my walther gsp 22 lr pistol would like whats the best for the money !!Thanks

This sight from the Sig site is almost $200. From Botach Tactical it is about $90.

I have two of them. Both are mounted on Browning Buckmarks. They work like a champ.

If you're going to order from Botach, call them up and make sure they actually have it in stock.

Just because they show it on the web page doesn't mean they have it or will have it for months. I speak from experience.

It would not hurt to ask them. I have never had an issue with them delivering the goods although there was a thread some time back where some were having issues with them.

any old red dot will work on a 22. you pay big money for a red dot to hold zero on a big bore rifle.

i agree with loose hoster dan. .22 you can pretty much go with whatever red dot you like the style off.

i have a $65 reddot from ncstar on my walther p22 target that wouldnt stand up to the punishment of a mini14. it sucked then and sucks now. maybe i "broke it" with the .223 but it wont hold zero on a .22 !

I also bought an NCStar red dot. The slightest touch would turn the dot off. Then another touch would turn it on.

Don't waste your money on cheap crap.

You can get an UltraDot for as little as $135. Might as well get the best and be done with it.

I just bought one of their Mini Reflex "green" dots for 74.99+shipping. Solid little unit. Sort of mimics the Burris Fastfire/Doctor/Jpoint type sights.

Going to shoot it in a Ruger Rimfire Series match this weekend. We'll see how it does then.
