Red Dot on a .44

I want to put a Red Dot on my Super Blackhawk. Does anyone have any suggestions as to mounts or pros and cons of doing this.I use this one for plinking and maybe some hunting in the future.

I had...

red dot scopes on both a Taurus Raging Bull in .44 and a S&W Model 29. I really enjoyed them and the red dots helped these tired old eyes tremendously. I would recommend checking the base and rings before every session to make sure everything is still nice and tight.
 
i've got a ultra dot on a gp100 works great for plinking and whitetails.
could be a little tricky on 100+ yd shots with a 44 though. i have to keep my shots under 50 yds anyway with a 357.
 
I plan on making shots of 75yds or less if I can.
I have not hunted with a handgun yet but am looking forward to this years season so that I can try.
 
I have an ultra dot scope on my SRH 44 mag, with the 9.5" barrel and I tell you it is AWESOME! I could'nt be happier with the Gun. BTW I shot a doe this year with it on opening day. Hard to understand until you see it, the power of these is great.
