Red Dot for 91/30 suggestions?

Looking for a red dot for my mosin nagant. Need suggestions. My criteria would be as follows...

-not too much money $100?
-shockproof: can it withstand recoil of a mosin?
-i'd like something with 3x magnification
-adjustability to bring my groups a little closer to center
-long eye relief

I plan on buying a brass stacker mount or similar. Open to suggestions on mounts too. I'd rather not spend $65+ on a brass stacker if one of those UTG cheapos will work.

What do you think about the Millet DMS-1?
Sounds like a winner to me...

I don't know of any sub $100 red dots that I would trust to hold up to the recoil of the 7.62x54R
