L Lawyer Daggit New member Jun 1, 2008 #2 While neoprene knee pads helped my knee problem- I have an illiotibial band problem- I found the application of tape to my knee cap more successful. Can I suggest you see a physiotherapist involved in sports medicine or a sports physician?
