Recomend a IWB holster for Glock 17

I just got an Uncle Mikes holster. I like it. It was pretty cheap, comfortable, very simple, holds the gun well... once again, I like it. But the trigger guard on the gun sometimes tries to fold the edges of the holster into it's self.
With the trigger on a glock, I'd prefer to not have to mess around with the holster next to the trigger of the gun to make sure it's straight and covering the trigger.

Anyone have any good links or suggestions for IWB glock 17 holsters?

Most vendors will be able to serve your need; holsters for G17s being produced by most everyone.

To narrow the field, help us out. Any preferences on your part? Materials, loop placement, carry position, etc.

sorry, I was on vacation for a while, wasnt able to get back to this thread. I'm not real sure what I'm looking for. There is alot in catologs and on the internet, but I cant exactly try any of them out. Just hoping for some suggestions.

I you can wait, kholster runs sales and you can get one for under $40. You can also watch the different forum classifieds. I picked up a used(new) one for $20.

Not as pretty as a Crossbreed, but it works great. I trim the leather on mine to fit the gun.

On another forum there was a thread on whether you had ever dropped your gun in public. The majority of us that had were using cheap nylon holsters at the time and have since gone to a holster with good retention. I only use my old uncle mikes on the night stand to cover the trigger, but never again for carry.

FWIW I have a DeSantis Intruder IWB hybrid for my G26 which is very simular to a crossbreed or M Tac, very comfortable with good retention with adjustable cant. (it also fits the 17)

I got a crossbreed and it works great. The other holster that I have is a blade tech which is good but to bulky and hard for me.

I'm quite the fan of my Alessi PCH. The design is pretty revolutionary as it is a leather holster that doesn't need metal reinforcement on the mouth to stay open properly. Not cheap, but good to go.

I don't use it as much anymore since I switched to Open Carry, but I bought it along with an Alessi gun belt and couldn't have been happier.
