Recoil spring

I have a cetme 308 rifle the sporter version. I think i have a damaged recoil spring need to replace or repair and dont know how to remove it.Any help would be great

Welcome to The firing Line. I have not worked on the springs
on my H&K 91. Here is a link to a parts dealer that has the
largest variety of H&K parts. A call to them might help.
