recoil reducer

does anyone know or have experience with
recoil reducers,(Spinco, uses a spring
inside guide rod) Shock tec, uses some
type of pellets(foam) insde rod.)
I have a springfield loaded(lightwt) and
was thinking of using something like this.
Would like some info> thanks.

Bullet44, I don't use them on my personal pistols but from what my customers and other folks tell me the Sprinco would be the best. George
