I think that Trump has already said he will sign it. The hold up is with congress I think time would be better spent going after your congress critters.

Every law ever passed by any legislature has been full of flaws and unintended consequences.
As long as I'm dreaming,
If I were King, there would be no need for permits to have a personal protection weapon.
No restrictions for the citizenry, just like the criminals.
Any thing less just perpetuates an alternate version of what we already have.
