Recent Coyote attacks in Denver

hmm thats interesting I guess every place has a "problem" with some sort of animal. just like the article said I also beleive its 95% our fault. Butt were are a dominant predator so we can fixer. I often wonder how messed up ecologically we are now a days hope it doesnt end up getting worse even thought it more likely will. I could be a tad parnoid though lol.

Several "experts" claim in this article that eradication efforts are unsuccessful.

If the experts knew how to properly set a few number 3 Victor long springs, they wouldn't be so unsuccessful.

What do you think?

I think columbine are some mighty purdy flowers.

This is a politically correct coyote.
Most coyotes are submissive toward dogs, though some will stand their ground — especially during breeding season, when they may see dogs as rivals for mates. Mating season peaked in February, when some of the Denver-area incidents occurred.

Some, not all coyote encounters happened in Feb.

This one did not read the coyote behavior book

Jacque Levitch, of south Denver, was bitten by one of three coyotes she said confronted her and her Labrador retriever, Taz, on Feb. 21. "I hit it with my right fist and right forearm," Levitch said.

They need some Federal wolves in Denver- because wolves dont never- ever attack people. :D

The politically correct ones anyway.

Coyotes will lure your farm puppy away from the house in an invitation to play, and then slay him. Anyway, thats what they tell me.
