Troy is supposed to be the best, never tried one though. I have a Magpul BUIS on my AR.
Might also check out Midwest Industries. Same kind of construciton as Troy, less $$$$$.

Troy or one of the others that put their name on Troy's sights (Bravo Company, LaRue, S&W, etc...)
Depend what you want from it. I have a Troy and Magpul.
Troy is very sturdy and about the flattest laying folding rear BUIS. It has windage adjustment but no elevation (adjust the front sight). It is rugged and simple to operate and locks solid.
The Magpul is not as flat but still fits underneath my Weaver 1-3x scope eyepiece. Although made of plastic, so are their mags which are very durable. It is a lot cheaper than the Troy and similar high end BUIS.
I got the Troy on my first AR15 since it was top rated and proven. After that I was willing to try something different. If it was to be my first or only BUIS I would go with Troy again.
