Ohio has many NMLRA affiliated clubs to inquire with about joining. Most offer private range facilities for shooting black powder guns.

Log Cabin in Lodi has been a blackpowder store for at least 40 years.
They have an outside range that you can use for a nominal fee. They
used to have monthly matches. They are normally not open on Sun.
Go check them out they sell blackpowder guns and supplies and have a
nice museum that is free.
