Somewhere I saw a chart that showed that a rifle sighted in at 100 yards, should be raised X inches above the target when firing at a target at 200 yards.
100 yards - dead center
150 yards - X above target center
200 yards - x above target center
I know a lot depends on what type of load/bullet and caliber you are shooting, but the basic info came in handy.
Does anyone know of the location of such a chart?
I know the best way to gather this info is to just go out and shoot, but right now that is not an option for me.
