Patience a bit thin? I have no input on your OP. Except that it chaps my hide that there are lots of "new" powders on the market but Hodgdon and Alliant (or any others) can't seem to keep old standbys on the shelves of retailers. 4198, Unique, etc. I have never had a powder go bad on me. Good powders seem to get rotated with new on a somewhat regular basis.
