Quick, (ya, I know that it's redundant

Nice looking. I would not go over $200.00. I bought my last Colt PPS for $195.00. I only have a few types and generations. I own a Colt PP in 38 S&W, a PPS in 380-200, a PPS in 38 Special and I am looking for a modern PPS. IIRC, the Detective Specials came from the abbreviated D frames. They are nice little revolvers. Good bid would be $200.00.

First thing to check is to see if it's really a PP. The PP never came in .38 spl, but it did come in .38SW though. If it is a .38 spl then it would be a PPS.

Strictly based on the pictures, it seems to be a Colt Police Positive Special. (PPS) The ejector rod and cylinder are both the proper length.
