quick detach scope rail mount

Do these things work well? Do they lose zero? I'm looking into optics for ar I've seen several with this type of mount. Any reviews, opinions. And feedback is greatly appreciated!
 
I've had very good luck with Warne QD rings and a Warne one piece base. After taking the scope off and putting it back on it is very, very close to the actual place I had it sighted in at. It's usually not over an inch off at one hundred yards. You should still check it for zero after removing it since results may vary. I've had this set up on three different rifles and my results were consistant.
