Quick detach rings for CZ 452

Hi,
Im wanting to get a CZ 452 lux in the very near future (next pay day maybe),
But I have a dilemma.
I am wanting to use it with the open sights for targets, but then use it with a scope for hunting.
I don't know whether to use quick detach rings or get a set of look through rings?

-Is it even possible to get quick detach rings for it? If so what brand? do they hold zero well? and do they cost the world?
-Id rather not get look through rings, I personally think they look silly and raiser the scope to high, but what do people who use them think?

Thanks heaps

Use the quick-detachable rings. Typically, QD rings are very repeatable (meaning that when you return the scope to the rifle it will still be zeroed). Look-through rings are too tall for good cheek weld, which will usually affect your shooting accuracy.

An important consideration, is making sure your current open sights don't get in the way. For that reason, I suspect that I would go to a set of see-throughs. Also, won't you have to go to 11MM base rings? You need to get high enough to clear the sights. .... :)

Be Safe !!!

I think you are going to need to make a decision to scope or not scope. The small dovetail mount on CZ's doesn't leave you with a lot of options. I'm not even sure if there are quick detach bases for it.

If you want to see the sights you'll need high rings that will be hard to get a good cheekweld on, a problem exacerbated by the "hog's back" stock. You can mount a scope comfortably but it will have to be low.

I use mine with iron sights exclusively, in fact they were the main appeal of the rifle for me. It's a great rifle and very accurate. If I were going to scope I might go for one of the sight-less models with a different stock like the American.
