Question regarding classic Bianchi 9R shoulder holster

After quite a bite of looking, I found a Bianchi Model 9R Shoulder hollster (with belt loops) for sale. My questions are simple ones:

1) Is the holster left-hand compatible like the B-M Lightning model?
2) Every model I've found lists S&W J-frames, will the 9R fit a Colt D-frame?
