Question on threaded barrels

Does the threading at the end of a threaded barrel reduce accuracy or anything?

If I have a 6.25" barrel that is not threaded and a 6.25" barrel where the last ¼" is threaded, is there a difference in the accuracy of the two barrels?

I'm sort of wondering too.. if a barrel has to be a certain thickness, isn't the barrel thinner where the groves are cut?

Obviously, cutting away any metal from a barrel will, in theory, weaken it, but I can't imagine any threads at the muzzle that would either weaken the barrel in practical terms or affect accuracy. The barrels may not give the same accuracy, but the threads will have nothing to do with it.

The barrel diameter is the same at the end of the barrel where it's threaded, and the barrel rifling goes all the way to the end of of a threaded barrel ?
