Question on Feg pocket pistols

I have seen references to the Feg SMC, PMK, & APK/MKII series. Just what is the difference between these 3 or are they different desgnations for the same thing. Thanks in advance.

I just posted a bit on a FEG APK, I have that in .380 and a .22 Mark II. The MkII has a shorter grip but is otherwise close in size. It would be the equivalent of a PPK, the APK is more like the PPK/S. If you don't know the difference, it is just that when the PPK was too small to import Walther used the PP size grip with the shorter PPK barrel/slide. The PP has the longer grip and barrel, the PPK has the shorter at both ends. FEG pistols have accurate enough sights but poorly visable, good but not great finishes, great price for the quality, very heavy DA trigger pull. I think the SMC is the same as the APK only with an alloy frame, like a PA-63. Hope that helps. Also makarov.com has a link to a site with info on FEG pistols.
