Hi.

At last I got my ducks in a row... I read somewhere, that the form 4 has to be double sided, and that sending in two sheet's, would get my form kicked back...Is this true?

I'm not him, but I have had several people tell me that. I did my form 4s on 1 sheet and had no problems (other than the wait).

It isn't hard to print something on both sides. Why risk the hassle?

Thank's ya'll...

I guess this was the first time, I ever even heard that mentioned.. I almost mailed the form..Thanks again

I've been told the same thing.

I phoned to check it out. A lady at NFA branch in D.C. --one with a sense of humor  -- indicated that this all has to do with the federal Paperwork Reduction scheme. They'll send you a several-page instruction packet on how to save using ONE extra sheet of paper.
