Question for those W/pancake Holsters?

I recently bought a desantis speed scabbard pancake holster. My question is what do you do about wearing it when the belt loops don't match up correctly on your pants & the gun either has to be to far in the front or rear or you have to skip a belt loop to make it fit perfectly on your side, is there any way around this? Most likely not but I figured I would ask. :)

Wear it to the rear, it will still be concealed, to the front and it won't be. Do not skip a belt loop, then it will sag down, and if you have to draw, the belt will rise with it. Options are find another brand of pants, or modify the one's you got. :)

Thanks, I am actually getting use to wearing it to the back alittle, it falls in the small of my back but is still very easy to get to.

This may not work given the differences among pants. I wear jeans most of the time and they generally have more loops than other types. If a loop is in the way I simply put my DeSantis pancake over the loop. Run the belt through one of the loops on the holster, then throught the belt loop, then through the other loop on the holster. It actually makes the holster fit tighter and snugger (more snug, whatever).

I do the same as SCCop with the alternating through holster, then pant loop, then holster then pant loop again. I was also having a bit of trouble with my belt slides until I tried this. I've made a few holsters and have since found the ideal holster slot distance. The trouble with that is adjusting the holster design so that it still sits well, depending on the holster style.

I also loop my belt into the holster, loop my belt into the pant loop, and loop my belt into the holster.

TONS more secure, and I have actually looked FOR pants with this "problem"
