Question for other Mustang/Pony Pocketlite owners

As I've said before, I love my little .380. It's my "summer pistol". Late last night, as I was rotating mags, I noticed a difference in followers. One mag had a follower that sort of dove down in the front as I pushed it down with my thumb. My other .380 mags don't do this. I know this mag works well, I've tried it at the range. However, it's a little disconcerting when one mag works differently for another. Do I have a problem developing?
Also, the aluminum alloy frame gets little spots on it after I carry the pistol on my hip for a while. The spots wipe off. Anyone else notice this phenomenon?

Thanks,
Will

Will,
My Mustang mags do the same thing (I just checked). I never have had any problem with them though.

My Mustang is the all stainless model and doesn't suffer from the spots you mentioned. It sounds like a bit of oxidation perhaps from your sweaty body. Maybe? Perhaps?

Someone else jump in here.

I have four magazines for my two Mustangs, one stainless and three blued, all Colt. Mine will "dive" about 1/8" when P press forward on the follower, but that's it. Notice carefully that when the follower is all the way up, there is a slot on the left side of the mag that allows the follow to engage the slide lock. When you get the follower of genuine Colt magazines past this slot, as it would be loaded, they don't wobble much at all.
