Question for LS 36 Owners

Do you like the factory grips on this revolver? This is the first gun I've bought with wood grips, and as the gun was designed with ladies in mind, you'd think I'd like it but it disappears in my hand. Anyone else notice this and which grip do you change it to?

I agree, the grips on the M36 are puney. This isn't a LS, but it is a M36. The grips and size are the reason I have it for sale.

I like the gun and think it'd be a nice toss in the pocket and gun choice but man I hate the grips. I'm thinking of either picking up a wooden set or the Hogue bantam.

I have several small frame wheel guns

And each and every one has a set of Pachmier grips on them.
What I like about them is the the grip and the small notch for the little finger. Gives them a solid feel and the recoil is reduced a great deal.
I have a Charter arms bull dog 44 SP and its very small for a 44 and the wood grips that it came with SO many years ago were off the gun before I took it off the shop and that was 17 years ago.

I have a pach on my s&w 60 2" - it's the compac version, not the compact pro. I've considered it but wonder if it'd be too big for the 36. Maybe I should give it a second look. I've got to say though the s&w wooden service grips look sharp.

I totally agree! I just recently purchased a M. 36-1 and found the grips to be tiny. The solution that worked for me was a Tyler T-Grip. It seem to solve my problem....Norm.
