California resident wants to buy firearms in Nevada ? how do i go about this with all the bull**** and redtape. Almost ready to move to Nevada just to be done with the issue as a whole. California is a **** state with **** rules and regulations. Just wish the government would stop trying to regulate its private citizens when they cant even take care of themselves is a crying damn shame. Thanx in advance

First off, you need to read TFL rule 2:

"2. Language that would be inappropriate in the polite company of strangers is quite unwelcome here. If it isn't obvious which words are inappropriate, the forum software is equipped with a language filter to assist you. The filter is not there to prompt you to invent creative ways to defeat it. If the filter doesn't like the original word, then find a better way to say what you want to say and edit your post accordingly."

Secondly, you abide by the laws of the state in which you reside. Soliciting ways to evade your home state's laws is not condoned or permitted at TFL.

You need to find a good gun dealer near you, in California, and go discuss with them how to do the transfer of the gun(s) over in Nevada you want to buy. Assuming they are on the CA. good gun list, then you pay for them and an FFL in Nevada ships them to your FFL and you pay your FFL to transfer them to you assuming you have the proper paper work and wait the appropriate time.
