Question about Tikka T3 trigger adjustment?

I just bought a Tikka T3 Lite in .204 and I'm looking at the instructions from Finland and I understand clockwise increases trigger weight, counter-clockwise decresses trigger weight. But the manual says: "NOTE! Screw (1) is self-locking and can only be removed with a proper tool". I have the proper tool but the term "self-locking" has me a bit stumped - I can see what looks like blue threadloc on the threads but I've never heard it referred to as self-locking.

I assume this is what they mean and it will turn but with some force . . . ? Thanks.

Just wind it out till it butts up against the nut in front of it = perfect trigger

The blue stuff is just some loctite so nothing to worry about it

Nice shooter

If you still don't end up with the trigger pull you want check ebay for a trigger spring. I bought one for mine and I really liked it.
