question about pistol transfer

im not sure if this should be in the c&r forum but here goes. i know somebody who has a luger, p38, mauser mod. 34, and an FN browning 1922 pistol. i think they are all WW2 bringbacks. i was going to purchase them from him but he lives in florida and i live in PA. could i just have them shipped to a dealer and have them transfered to me or is there some other kind of crap i have to go through. thanks in advance for any help.
 
Unless both you and your friend both hold C&R licenses, C&R rules don't apply even though the firearms qualify.

Pennsylvania hasn't gone insane yet. As long as you receive the handguns through an FFL, I don't believe anything else is required.
