I have a G27 and have been considering getting a .357 Sig bbl for it. Can I just order a .357 bbl and drop it in, or do I need to have a gunsmith make any adjustments when I get the new bbl?

Glock factory barrels and most aftermarket barrels are designed to drop in without any fitting. Whose barrel are you planning to use?

I went the other way - bought an aftermarket .40 caliber barrel for my Glock 33. It was a drop-in fit. No problems at all, and accuracy didn't suffer any. Hope that helps.
