Right now they are legal. They very likely won't be in a month or 2 if (when) Calif. SB23 is passed.
As long as there are no problems on your end, there aren't here right now. They are getting very rare here and when a gun store has them, they are sold out in a day or 2. Get them while you can cuz if the Federal House passes the new Assault weapon ban...they will be illegal everywhere
