I was just watching the president of Psuedo, an internet TV station who was being interviewed.
He said, through the course of the conversation, the following things:
Nationalism is now irrelevant
Big brother is coming, and that's a good thing.
That the 20th century was the time of the individual and the 21st is the time of the public
That the media is gaining more and more control, and that eventually it will find it's rightful place programming the minds of the public so that they won't fall prey to the advanced machines, that they will protect against a situation like The Matrix, or Terminator.
This is the most honest assesment of the media I have ever heard from one of the media faithful, I was amazed. What shocked me though was that he knew what it all meant and believed it was good. Simply amazing.

The Bill of Rights is a document of brilliance, a document of wisdom, and it is the ultimate law, spoken or not, for the very concept of a society that holds liberty above the desire for ever greater power. -Me
