So maybe I am excited for nothing but this is a 8 shot group at 25 yds with my PSA 16" carbine with a Aim Point Pro I think is pretty good even though its only 25 yds. What do y'all think?

Looks good to me!

Sometimes when im at the range I see guys shooting with magnified optics at 25 yards wishing they could do that haha.

Unless I am mistaken, that 8 shot group is well over 1 inch....making it 4+ MOA group. If that was your first or second trip to the range, you are doing fine....keep practicing....focus on sight alignment, sight picture, breathing, trigger control, and follow through.

I don't think 8 rounds pretty much touching each other standing freehand at 25yds is too bad.

Palmetto-Pride,

I think it's pretty dang good. That's about the grouping I get freehand shooting that distance with my 16" Spikes paired an Aimpoint PRO.

PSA makes a great product. I love having them practically in my backyard (in Columbia).

I'd hope to be putting the rounds through almost the same hole at 25 yards with an AR w/ optics.

Is this shooting offhand with a red dot? That's amazing. I'd like to see it.

I think it's pretty good too. Do you have access to 50 or 100 yards? Work your way out to it. Groups get a little bigger but hey that's the challenge right?

Yea I have been to the Columbia store a few times and also to the Ridgeland store a few times. Its about 2hrs to the Columbia store and 1.5hrs to the Ridgeland store from Charleston. I need to quit making those drives spending way to much $$$.....lol

Yea I have access to a 100yd outdoor range, but I was using a 25yd indoor range just to sight it in the other day.
