Product Wizard order

I recently ordered a BlackHawk Serpa Holster for my Glock36 from Product Wizard. They said it ships the same day. Its been over 48 hrs. I haven't received a tracking number. I called the customer service numbers and it goes to voice mail.

I know the owner is a member here. Steve Arya.
